The holidays can be hard. Grief is hard. Grief through the holidays can be paralyzing.In this course, participants will explore their grief, gain skills that will increase their ability to process behavior, and make plans about how to get through the holidays.

We have kept the videos short to allow participants to focus on their personal situation. Individuals may spend 45-60 minutes each to complete each session.
