WHAT IS THE FORMAT OF THIS COURSE?

 

This course include video and response questions. Individuals are encouraged to write down questions and reflections in a journal or notebook.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO COMPLETE EACH SESSION?

We recommend blocking off about 45-60 minutes to work on each session. Reflection time can vary. The purpose of this course is to guide individuals on a journey toward self-reflection and goal-setting. Some people spend more time on that path than others!
